Terms and conditions
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms apply to all services supplied by Node Unlock Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (number 09178840) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. VAT number GB195606675.
1. Quotes and agreement
Each project is described in a written quote or proposal stating the scope, deliverables, timing and fixed fee. A contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing or pay the first invoice or payment link. If a separately signed agreement exists, it takes priority over these terms.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in the currency shown on our website or quote and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is added at the applicable rate. Unless the quote says otherwise, 50% of the fee is due before work starts and the balance on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Payment can be made by card through our secure payment provider or by bank transfer.
3. Our services
We carry out the services with reasonable skill and care and to the timetable in the quote. Dates depend on you giving us timely access to people, information and systems. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may change the fee.
4. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information, access to the people and tools we need, and decisions within a reasonable time. You are responsible for having the right to share any data you give us.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables made specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing methods, templates and tools, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence.
7. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the project.
8. Liability
Our total liability under any contract is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Consumers
Our services are intended for businesses. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights under UK law, including the right to cancel within 14 days, are not affected.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
