What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company and the message you send. When you pay, our payment provider processes your payment details; we do not see or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver services, invoice and keep financial records. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter a contract, performing a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need: our form provider (Tally), our payment providers (Stripe and Wise), our email provider and our accountants. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years. Client and financial records: 6 years, as required by UK law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
